Time stands still in a USFS cabin at the edge of a rushing creek.  These cabins are National treasures and part of our NW heritage.  This 594 sf vintage 1930's log cabin sits above Silver Creek with picnic table overlook.  Cascading waters will lull you to sleep.  Rustic cabin has one bedroom, sleeping loft, mud entry, kitchen with eating space, woodshed, storage, bunk room and a well shared with 12 other cabins.  Septic  design in progress and waiting for approval from the USFS and the Pierce County Health Dept.  Old growth forest setting is breathtaking.  Cabin located within one mile of Mt Rainier National Park and Crystal Mountain Blvd. turnoff.  Hike, Bike or Ski everyday. 

The cabin is private property on USFS Leasehold land.  USFS rules, regulations and fees are applicable.  Title is held by USFS.  Current 20 year lease is up for renewal for all USFS cabins at the end of 2008.  Sellers do not own the land.
